Registered Manager Supported Living Services- Warwickshire

Individual Support Solutions are a leading provider of Supported Living Services for people with a Learning Disability in Warwickshire. You must be passionate about managing and leading a team so that people we support are able to live the way they want to.


The suitable candidate will:

  • Have at least 2 year’s experience of managing services for Adults with a Learning Disability and have or must be willing to complete a Level 5 Diploma in Social Care

  • Have knowledge of and be able to demonstrate how CQC care standards are applied and able to ensure the safe and legal delivery of care within the service.

  • Be flexible in the way he or she works as the service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

  • Be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills that will enable them to manage and lead Team Leaders and Support staff to ensure that people we support receive a quality service. 

  • Have a good understanding of person-centred care.

  • The post is based in Nuneaton but the successful candidate must be able to travel across the county of Warwickshire in their own suitably insured vehicle
