About us

Individual Support Solutions was founded in 2011 by Alison Malcolm and Sarah O'Shaughnessy, who share a wealth of experience in delivering and managing services for adults with disabilities across both public and private sectors.

​Over the years, we’ve grown significantly and now provide care and support to more than 100 individuals each week, with a dedicated team of over 110 employees committed to delivering person-centred care.

 Welcome to our support services! 
 
  • Supported Living services: We provide support in your own home to meet all your daily living  needs whilst supporting you to be independent. We work with housing associations and private landlords to source housing if you need it. 
  • Day activities: We offer a range of day activities that can be accessed from your own home or from our dedicated buildings. Support includes accessing activities of interest, learning new skills, further education opportunities and work experience.
  • ​​Community services: We provide support from home when living with relatives or living on your own when you have less than 25 hours support a week. We provide support to meet your daily living and social needs at home and out and about.
